1. Manager/Senior Engineer, Product Marketing

Responsibilities:

Work closely with principals to formulate strategies and plans
Develop and executive effective marketing strategies
Work closely with sales team to achieve sales and profit objectives
Manage the inventory of respective product lines and ensure targets are achieved
Update field personnel on product roadmaps, competitors, opportunities and market environments

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Preferably 3 to 5 years' relevant sales/marketing experience in semiconductor components
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office applications



2. Regional Product / Business Development Manager (Electronic Security)

Responsibilities:

Identify and define market requirements and customer needs for product lines through market
    research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning to deliver
    the proposed products and services
Work with business manager to develop tactical and strategic sales/marketing plans and set
    performance targets for product lines to ensure business goals are met
Manage business creation and business planning processes for the product lines. Drive design-ins
    and new business opportunities to achieve continuous double-digit growth and profitability.
    Recommend, co-develop, and deploy product marketing strategy and pricing policy for the global
    market and within the region
Bridge customer business requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends,
    indices, and capabilities

Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Science, Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years' working experience in Security and Surveillance Industry of which at least
    2 years' experience of product management through distribution network in ASIA
Preferably someone with knowledge of IT network infrastructure
Able to lead and motivate a marketing / sales team with strong understanding of market &
    customer relations management
Proven track record in new product launch, product management and business development
Proven track record in project, bid and channel management
Effectively bilingual

The position will be based in Singapore but it is expected to travel internationally mostly in the South East Asia region



3. Technical Marketing Manager (Electronic Security)

Responsibilities:

Direct all technical activities of the product lines including technical support, strategic technical
    marketing, sales/marketing support, customer solutions, customer trials, project management,
    resource management, etc
Define and drive the technical value of the product within the customer solution stack to achieve
    high value and economies of scale across the range of target market segments
Work with product management team and vendors to develop roadmap for new features and
    enhancements to continuously maintain competitive advantage and value proposition in the
    marketplace
Life cycle product management of product and services. Extensive interaction across
    departments specifically Sales and Product Management
Work with business manager to develop tactical and strategic sales/marketing plans and set
    performance targets for product lines to ensure business goals are met
Manage business creation and business planning processes for the product lines. Drive design-ins
    and new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth and profitability

Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Electronics / IT or its equivalent
Minimum 8 years' working experience in Security and Surveillance Industry of which at least
    2 years working in a solution provider environment
Must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various product and technologies
Surveillance/security equipment/devices (IP Camera, DVS, DVR, Matrix, etc)
Video Management and Integrated Security Management applications
Network and storage equipment (Routers, NAS, SAN, Firewall, etc
Able to lead and motivate a technical team with strong understanding of technologies, solutions and
    best practices
Proven track record in handling mid to large scale security projects, bid and channel management
Proven track record in new product launch, product management and business development
Effectively bilingual

4. Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

Drive design-in and product promotional activities
Spearhead development of new accounts
Provide in-depth technical support to our regional customer base
Coordinate with principal for all technical promotion activities

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
1 to 2 years' experience in Audio, Analog and Power related designs preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
High level of self-motivation
Overseas travel is required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply



5. Sales Engineers

Responsibilities:

Manage existing customers to achieve company's sales & profit objectives
Identify and develop new business accounts
Work closely with Technical Service, Customer Service and Marketing teams to service and develop customer relations
Build good customers' rapport

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years' sales experience in electronics components sales
Proficient in written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills



6. Accountant

Responsibilities:

Prepare group consolidation and liaise with Asia regional Accountants on monthly financial reporting
Assist Financial Controller in all ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy, ACCA graduate or such other recognized professional qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in auditing and full set of accounts
Fluency in spoken Mandarin essential
Willing to be trained as a Group Accountant
Some traveling may be required



7. Accounts Exective

Responsibilities:

Maintain full sets of accounts
Submit quarterly GST returns
Liaise with overseas office, customers, suppliers, auditors, etc on accounting matters
Assist in company secretarial work

Requirements:

Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum 2 years' experience in full set accounting
Independent, mature, self motivated and positive personality
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (preferably with basic knowledge of Oracle).



8. Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Responsibilities:

Maintain and service existing dealers and superstores
Solicit new dealers and superstores to sell the company's products
Feedback on market information
Responsible for sales targets and accounts receivable

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
Minimum 1 to 2 year's sales experience
Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, independent and results orientated
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
