Achieva divests its Components Business for US$51.5 million
Singapore, 5 March 2008 - The Board of Directors of Achieva Ltd. (the
"Company" or "Achieva" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to
announce that it had entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement
(the "Sale Agreement") with Arrow Electronics, Inc. of the U.S.A. (the "Purchaser"
or "Arrow") whereby the Company agreed to sell to the Purchaser its entire
shareholding interests in its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Achieva Components Pte
Ltd and Achieva Electronics Pte Ltd.

Singapore, 8 August, 2007 - Main board-listed Achieva Limited ("Achieva" or "the Group"), one of Asia Pacific's knowledge-based, value-added distributors and solutions providers focusing on electronic components, IT and peripherals products, today reported a 65% increase in net profit after tax of S$2.66 million on a group turnover of S$273 million for the first half of FY 2007. The Group's earnings per share (EPS) increased by 49% to 0.49 cents compared with 0.33 cents in 1HFY2006.

Singapore, 7 August, 2006 - Main board-listed Achieva Limited ("Achieva" or "the Group"), one of Asia Pacific's top knowledge-based, value-added distributors and solutions providers focusing on electronics and digital lifestyle products, today reported a 23% increase in net profit of S$1.66 million group turnover of S$289 million for the first half of FY 2006. The Group earning per share (EPS) increased by 22% to 0.33 cents compared with 0.27 cents in 1HFY2005.
