Mr Lew was appointed as Chairman (Non-Executive) in February 2009 and re-elected in April 2010. He has been an Independent Director of Achieva Limited since April 2000. He also sits on the Board of listed companies Carriernet Global Ltd., Food Empire Holdings Ltd., Golden-Agri Resources Ltd., Lafe Corporation Ltd., and Poh Tiong Choon Logistics Ltd.
Mr Lew was previously the General Manager of NTUC Pasir Ris Resort, Managing Director of NTUC Comfort, Executive Director of NTUC Fairprice and Assistant Secretary General of the NTUC before becoming the General Manager and Senior Country Officer of Banque Indosuez (subsequently renamed Credit Agricole Indosuez). He also held positions as director in the bank’s wholly owned subsidiaries involved with private equity, asset management and stock broking.
A Singapore Government scholar, Mr Lew began his career with the Singapore Administrative Service. He holds a Masters of Engineering from Cambridge University UK, and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University, USA. He was Member of Parliament from 1988 to 2001. |

Name: Arthur Tay Teng Guan

Mr Tay is an Executive Director and CEO of Achieva Limited and is responsible for the overall management of the Group. He was first appointed as Non-Executive Director in January 2010 and subsequently made the CEO on 1 May 2010.
Mr Tay is Owner, Executive Chairman and CEO of SUTL Global Pte. Ltd., a family-owned lifestyle products and services enterprise, which has businesses across Asia and which owns the ONEo15 Marina Club. He has been an Independent Director of Singapore Stock Exchange Mainboard-listed Sing Investment Finance Limited since 1997.
An active philanthropist and grassroots leader, Mr Tay currently serves as Patron of the Ayer Rajah-West Coast Citizens Consultative Committee and the Bukit Batok Citizens Consultative Committee. He is also a member of the Senja-Cashew Citizen’s Consultative Committee and the Vice-President of the National Heart Council.
He has a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco and a Masters of Business Administration - Real Estate, from the Golden Gate University, USA.

Name: Peter Tay Teng Hock

Mr Tay was appointed as Non-Executive Director on 19 January 2010. He is a shareholder and Executive Director of SUTL Global Pte. Ltd. and brother of Mr Arthur Tay. He has been with SUTL for more than 20 years and is responsible for building projects, building management and logistics and warehouse management.
Mr Tay was the project director for the development of SUTL’s ONEo15 Marina Club. He graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK with a Bachelor of Engineering. |

Name: Chan Kum Tao

Mr Chan was appointed as Non-Executive Director on 19 January 2010. He is the Chief Financial Officer of SUTL Global Pte. Ltd. Before SUTL, he was Chief Financial Officer of A&P Coordinator Pte Ltd, and has held positions as Financial Controller and Internal Auditor within the Alfa Laval Group.
Mr Chan is also the Honorary Treasurer of HCA Hospice Care, a charity organisation. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. |
