Interim Dividend for First Quarter

The Board of Directors of Achieva Limited (the "Company") refers to the first quarter financial statement and dividend announcement made by the Company on 13 May 2009, in which it was announced that in respect of the financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2009 the Board of Directors had declared an interim one-tier tax-exempt dividend of S$0.04 for each ordinary share in the capital of the Company.
