ATPL will use its best endeavours to answer any technical question relating to the purchased product promptly and efficiently but relies on the co-operation of the customer to effect any tests and/or changes which ATPL deems necessary to identify the source of the reported problem.
Technical support inquiries will be handled during normal office hours (9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) and will be dealt with promptly, albeit that problems requiring liaison with suppliers may well involve delays. Technical support advice is given with best intent and ATPL cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects caused by acting upon this advice.

| Proof of Purchase |

All claims for warranty must be accompanied by the product and the original sales receipt. All warranties are valid and commence from the ATPL invoice date.

| Warranty Period |

This will protect the original purchaser for a period not to exceed 12, 24, 36 or 60 months (depending of the product purchased) from the ATPL invoice date for repair or replacement of the failed product, as outlined in ATPL limited warranty policy. A new warranty period shall not be established for any replacement products, and such replaced products shall be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
For this warranty to be valid, the product must have been distributed directly from ATPL or from an authorised representative of ATPL.
ATPL will not be responsible for any other expenses, losses or inconvenience which the customer may sustain as a result of the purchase, use, malfunction or defective condition of the products.

| Warranty Void |

The warranties contained herein do not cover any defects, malfunctions or failures resulting from improper use, abuse, negligence, careless handling, accident, acts of God, damage done by improper/unauthorised installation or service or repair.
Warranty will also be voided if the product is chipped, physically damaged, electronically burnt, tampered with, labels removed, failure to follow product instructions/guidelines, failure to perform preventative maintenance, damage caused by peripherals or software or from other external causes.

| Repair, Replace or Refund |

ATPL reserves the right to repair, replace or refund (part of the purchase price), of any product at its option. Such repair, replacement, or refund will satisfy all obligations under this warranty. ATPL may use repaired or new product, at its sole option, when replacing any product. These products shall carry the same amount of outstanding warranty as from original purchase. The determination of when to use new or repaired products will be at the sole discretion of ATPL.

| Shipping Cost |

The customer will pay for any postage, freight or insurance charges incurred in the shipping of the product to and from ATPL. All risk for the product shall remain with the customer until such time as ATPL takes receipt of the product.

ATPL will not be responsible for any loss of data of software. Users are advised to backup all data & software. |
| Accessories |

ATPL will not be responsible for the loss of accessories. Do not bring in any accessories for warranty processing. |
| Dismantling of PC |

ATPL will not be responsible for the condition or damage of other non-ATPL products that comes with the PC during the dismantling process. |
